As Chief Executive Officer, Kendall brings more than 30 years of industry expertise to Acentria Insurance. He specializes in risk management and insurance brokerage for the real estate and construction industries, while focusing on the placement of property insurance. Kendall’s professional reputation is recognized throughout the southeast as his team of professionals insures over 400,000 multi-family units, with property values in excess of $22 billion and four million square feet of commercial office space and real estate buildings.  

Prior to founding Acentria Insurance, Kendall served as a Managing Partner, Senior Vice President and Board Member for Insurance Office of America (IOA). Through his leadership, the Destin office was recognized as the fastest growing and most profitable office for four consecutive years. Kendall received the prestigious awards of Rookie of the Year, Agent of the Year and Top Sales award for seven out of his nine years with IOA.

When not guiding Acentria’s talent, pace and reputation in the insurance industry, Kendall enjoys giving back to his community where he has served as past chairman for the American Heart Association. As an avid race car fan, sports enthusiast and equestrian, Kendall is active in his church and enjoys spending his free time with his family. 

As President, Kevin focuses on developing insurance solutions that strengthen Acentria’s presence in the market and its commitment to client-relationships and exceptional service. With over 23 years of industry experience, he specializes in multi-family protection, while focusing on national condominium associations.

Before co-founding Acentria Insurance, Kevin served as Branch Manager for Insurance of America (IOA) where he was recognized as Rookie of the Year. During his tenure with IOA, he received the prestigious honors of Agent of the Year and became Managing Partner of North Florida operations, while serving on the IOA Advisory Council.

Kevin received a Bachelor’s Degree in Management from the University of West Florida. He is very active in his community and currently serves on the Board of Directors of Destin Charity Wine Auction Foundation, which funds over 14 children’s charities along the Florida Panhandle. He is also a member of the Destin Chamber of Commerce, Community Association Institute and Florida Association of Insurance Agents. In his spare time, Kevin enjoys golfing, tennis, boating and spending time with his children. 

In his role as Chief Operating Officer, Mitch oversees the operations of Acentria’s offices located throughout Florida and southeast region. He focuses on strategic business development and is committed to providing clients with exceptional customer service while ensuring the highest levels of standards.  

Mitch has over 42 years of business leadership experience that ranges from law enforcement to the finance, healthcare and insurance industries. He was instrumental in developing the nation’s first “at-risk” managed care network for physical and occupational therapy serving the worker’s compensation industry. This network paved the way for a new managed care system, based on incentives.

Residing in Lakeland, Florida, Mitch is passionate about giving back to the youth of his community. He is an active supporter of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Lakeland & Mulberry and believes in helping all young people reach their full potential.
